Rent the MARC

THE MARC IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NEXT CLASS, MEETING OR EVENT

Need a historic building with lots of charm for your wedding, reunion, fundraiser, class, or presentation?

Our facility has 2 large rooms that accommodate 80-110 guests per room, a foyer, and 1 smaller room that accommodates up to 25 guests each. See Facility Map. All rentals include tables and chairs.

MARC Rental Agreements are non-transferable and are only valid for the rooms, times and event(s) specified in the agreement and are contingent upon the renter’s compliance with the following policies.  If there are any changes to the following policies, the MARC reserves the right to require a new agreement to be approved and signed by the MARC and the renter. Private Parties: Weddings, receptions, reunions, birthday parties and any event with alcohol are categorized as a private party event. Some private parties may be required to rent the full facility, at the discretion of MARC staff. Gratis space is available for city and county use and on a case-by-case basis.

Additional equipment may be rented for offsite use: tables, chairs, easels, Fender sound system, digital projector, and yoga equipment. Click here for more information.
